I emailed the company to query this, and having spent a good hour having read the awful reviews I wish I’d seen before I ordered I mentioned possibly needing to cancel my bank. The shirt is good quality and delivery was within a reasonable time. Wonderful boutique with great customer service and great quality clothing! I was charged for items which I found out were out of stock after I queried why I hadn’t received any dispatch or delivery information. As per my previous review I finally got a reply to my email saying refund had been processed and would take around a week to show on my account.

Your order was attempted delivery and unfortunately wasnt anyone in to take it. Have not received any correspondence from Top Flight, no order number or any details of my order and cannot find a telephone number to contact them. Took £30 from me and got nothing for my money. Ordered football shirt for Christmas present but it never arrived.

Excellent clothing!

• When items didn’t arrive I emailed them and they assured me items were due in on 10th June.
• After a month of waiting we contacted them and they replied saying the items were expected in stock the following week and would be dispatched within two days (if the items had shown as out of stock we would never have ordered in the first place).
• Nearly 1 month later im still waiting for the top that was ordered and have emailed again but received no reply yet.
• We are so happy that you love the clothes and our service.
• Seen this happen before with cheap shipping methods that utilize multiple methods of shipment and overly convoluted shipping methods with tons of random stops.
• I recently purchased a Flipper Zero, opting for the more expensive shipping option in hopes that it would arrive faster.
• The support team sent me a photo of all the mat, and I agreed, it looks fine in the photo.

Around the same time, my friend also bought a Flipper Zero, but chose the regular, less expensive shipping method. It almost feels like they don’t actually have any support at all, and are using a chatGPT bot to try to feed token phrases to their customers to calm them down. Paid for expedited shipping, and it’s 13 days in currently on waiting and the package appears to be jumping around the US randomly.

Ordered football shirt for Christmas…

Ordered an item a month ago, still not received …. The company refunded me without any explanation at all. I’m not removing anything – people need to be aware of where their hard earned cash is going, and if reading this saves someone from the aggro of dealing with you and that some child gets their birthday gift etc then I’m happy. Reading other reviews it would appear that you’ll get a line about the portal being down, or Shopify being slow.I’d suggest reviewing your business practices. Have contacted customer care but no reply…
I would gladly lose my money than ever correspond with these cowboys again. I frankly would advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs. Ordered a birthday gift for my son, I ordered it 4 weeks ago, no reply to email today, no phone number no gift, seems like a scam My daughter ordered from here using her own money.
However it seems they are taking many orders and not fulfilling them leaving them with a large amount of money which isn’t theirs in their account. If the company is having difficulties then a simple email to make customers aware of this could solve a lot of problems. I had to fill out a form and send them proof that the company had agreed the refund. After having trouble obtaining my refund from this company I went to my bank.

And 5 weeks after my order, still no item! The case is being handled by relevant authorities and my refund processed, again of which I have evidence. Unlike other reviewers, Trust Pilot have verified my review after being supplied with all the evidence of my purchase, the correspondence and the resulting abuse. I wanted to get a reproduction of my son’s first ever proper football shirt from the 90’s , including name and number, in his now adult size. We are so happy that you love the clothes and our service. Clothes are very cute and good quality!!

You can find the same items elsewhere at a cheaper prices and it accompanied by much better service. 4 weeks later I had still heard nothing so I cancelled my order and was told I would be refunded within 10 days. I was then told the items would be coming in stock within 2 weeks.
